What is Infinite Campus?

Infinite Campus is WISH's Student Information System (SIS), which we use to maintain the records of all our students and is one of the most important platforms we use at WISH. Along with its many uses for our staff, Infinite Campus is also important for WISH parents at all three schools to access regularly for a variety reasons.

Uses for parents/guardians at ES, MS, & HS

  • Online registration every school year
  • Review attendance records
  • Access progress reports (snapshot of grades every 5 weeks)
  • View class schedules (MS/HS)
  • Receive school-wide notifications
  • Complete fee payments
  • Review graduation requirements (HS)

Getting started with Infinite Campus

Before creating a new account, try logging in! You may already have an account from when you completed online registration. If not, then continue with these steps.
  1. Get an activation key by submitting a ticket to our help center.
  2. Visit the Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page
  3. Click New User at the bottom
  4. Enter the activation key you received in step 1
  5. Follow the steps to complete your sign up, including:
    1. Create your username
    2. Create your password
    3. Enter an account security email (where you'll receive password reset emails, if you need them)
These steps can also be completed on a phone by downloading the Campus Parent app from the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android). Please note: when the app asks you search for a district type "Westside Innovative School House".

Need help logging in?

If you need help with your username and/or password, please try the self-help options first.
  1. Visit the Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page
  2. Depending on what you need help with, click either the Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? link below the Log In button.
  3. Follow the prompts and you should receive an email with further instructions.
