Graduation Information

Playa Vista Bandshell

Seniors are required to be at the Bandshell fully ready to participate in the ceremony by 5 pm on Friday, June 7th. All seniors are to report to the area behind the Bandshell - parents, caregivers and friends are not to accompany seniors to this area but should proceed to the seating area.
Seating: Please note that each student will be allocated 4 tickets for reserved seating in a priority seating area. Tickets will be distributed by Advisory Teachers a week prior to graduation. Please return any unneeded tickets to Dr. Johnson for re-allocation to other students. We are asking that students bring no more than six additional guests (10 total). As this is a public venue, there is ample seating in the grassy areas surrounding the stage area that will accommodate additional guests with low-backed beach chairs and/or blankets in a sloped area adjacent to the stage.Seniors will have separate seating provided for them.
Parking: There are four parking structures adjacent to the park that are available for approximately $10. Street parking is difficult and there is no loading zone, however, you may double park to unload members of your group. Uber or Lyft is recommended as is carpooling.

Photos: We have a professional photographer taking photos and photos may be taken before and after the event.
Additional Information: Please refrain from bringing balloons for your graduate as they block the view of other guests.

If your graduate has already ordered their cap and gown, they should have received them from Mr. Leggett in K2.
WISH Academy Yearbooks Are Available for Purchase
It's that time! Yearbooks are now available for purchase via Treering. Please find a link to TREERING HERE. Families/Students will be required to create an account before placing their order. You will then be directed to enter your Scholar's name and their Advisory teacher's name. If you are not certain of your child's advisory teacher, you can log into your Infinite Campus parent account to review their schedule. For any other issue with the yearbook, please check the Treering Help Site.
This year, students and families can either purchase ads, which will be placed in all Academy yearbooks and/or personalize two pages for your scholar, which will appear only in their yearbook.
Adverts to be placed in yearbooks must be purchased by April 26th. Yearbooks ordered by May 3rd will be sent to WISH Academy and disseminated to students. Orders placed after that day will be shipped to the family's home.
SENIORS- BABY PICTURES NEEDED
Just a reminder that senior photos (Baby photo + current portrait) are due THIS FRIDAY, April 26th. This due date also applies to personalized pages and ad pages.
