Logging into MobileServe (for WISH students)

1. Access MobileServe — app or website

   Using a web browser on your phone or computer, visit MobileServe's website.

   Launch your phone's app store and search for "MobileServe", or click one of the buttons below, to download the app.
   
   
2. Sign in with your WISH Google account
   From the MobileServe app or website, use the Google Sign in option with your WISH account ([email protected]). All students are already registered in MobileServe with their WISH email addresses.
   

• Enter your date of birth
  You (the WISH student) will be prompted to enter your date of birth.
• Parent/guardian approval required if under 13 years old
  If you are under 13 the app will prompt you to enter the email address of your parent/guardian for approval. They will receive an email from MobileServe to complete the approval process. Once your parent/guardian has completed that process you will be able to go back to the app on your phone and log in.

Need support?

• First, write a note on your phone to keep track of the following information, which you'll need later when you submit your hours on MobileServe.
  • The name of the service organization (who are you completing these hours for) or WISH event
  • The name and email address of the supervisor at the organization who will verify you successfully completed these service hours
  • Any other notes or details about your time.
  • Don't forget to take some photos!

  • Log your hours from your Chromebook or another computer. There is a MobileServe link in Clever, or you can use this link.
  • If your parents completed the approval process they can login to the MobileServe app or website and log hours for you.
