We will find and deliver Chromebooks to students who do not have already have an assigned Chromebook at WISH. If your child does not have a Chromebook after the first two days of school, then please submit a help center ticket here. 

 

If your child does not have access to their Chromebook due to password challenges, then they should tell their teacher. All teachers have access to passwords to all students in their classes. This generally happens immediately, in real-time. 

After the first two weeks of school, if you need support with Chromebooks, user passwords, Infinite Campus, Canvas, or any other school platform, please submit a ticket using our technical support portal at www.wishcharter.org/familyhelp/.
