CoVerify Weekly COVID Testing

COVID-19 Testing
Every week, each faculty, staff, and community member will be required to take a COVID-19 test to participate in on-campus activities and in-person learning. Pupils who do not have a valid, negative, PCR COVID test will not be permitted to learn on campus.  WISH uses CoVerify for all of our COVID testing. All data is safely stored and secured. WISH staff is provided a list of all pupils who have secured a negative COVID test from the CoVerify database.

Getting ready for school to begin:
Step 1: Complete the New CoVerify testing Registration form (All families must re-register, even if you filled out a form last year.)
  • All WISH Families, faculty, and staff members will receive an email from CoVerify to re-register or to register for the first time if you are a new family.
  • If you do not receive the Co-Verify email by the end of the day on 7/30/21 then please use this link to register:
  • Click HERE for the CoVerify testing instructions.

Step 2: Get a CoVerify test prior to school beginning!
All students need to have a negative COVID test within seven days of the start of in-person instruction on the school campus.

Drive Through Co-Verify Testing
WISH will be hosting drive-through COVID testing on 8/2 (both WISH ES and MS/HS campuses 11:00 am-2:00 pm), 8/9 (both campuses WISH ES and MS/HS 11:00 am-3:00 pm), and 8/13 (ES 9:00 am-11 pm; MS/HS 2:00-4:30pm). CoVerify will be sending each family a personal registration form through email. If you don't receive it you may use the link above. After completing the NEW registration form above families can drive through at any of these times and get tested for COVID-19.

Walk-In Co-Verify Testing
Site locations:
Culver City - 8537 Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232 - Mon-Sun 5 am-4 pm
Highland Park - 6516 N Figueroa St, Suite F, Los Angeles, CA 90042 - Mon-Sun 7 am - 3 pm

Testing at other locations:
All testing should be done through CoVerify. This allows us to maintain a database that is accessible and efficient to ensure that our community members stay safe during this unique time. We understand that due to travel, an invalid test, or time constraints as we begin the school year it may be difficult to utilize the CoVerify Drive-through stations and the Walk-In stations. If the only way for your family to obtain a valid PCR CoVerify test to ensure they can access in-person learning on 8/16 is to use another location then we will accept the test as long as it is PCR grade. Once school begins all pupils and adults will be expected to use the CoVerify testing at school or through the walk-in clinic.

Type of test:
The CoVerify test is a Saliva PCR test. Pupils are required to spit saliva in a sterile tube. The tube is sealed and sent to the lab for examination and assessment of COVID-19. For pupils who cannot take the saliva PCR test the COVID assigned nurse will conduct a nasal swab test. These tests are only for pupils who cannot take the saliva test.

Cadence of testing:
Once the school year begins all faculty, staff, and students will be tested for COVID-19 each week, on campus, while they are at school.
