News & Announcements

New "Return to Campus" Page

As we look ahead to mid-April and the possibility of students returning to campus, we have created a new page for every WISH family to read the latest updates on this important milestone. Please visit the new "Return & Distance" page (via the headline of this post) to complete three major initiatives necessary for any student to return to a WISH campus and to read about our planning process. This page will update often as new guidance is shared by local health officials. We are so excited to see each of our amazing students on campus soon.

New WISH Family Account

We are pleased to announce a new WISH family account option. With a WISH account you can track any of your donations to WISH, including library fees, donations, event registrations, field trips and much more. You will also be able to generate a tax receipt where applicable.

Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month

Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, and Native Hawaiians have a rich heritage and history spanning thousands of years. The month of May has been designated as a time to especially celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) heritage and experiences, with an increased focus on how AAPIs have positively contributed to life in the United States as well as on the treatment this community has had to endure in our nation’s history. Return to School 2020-2021 Information

We have many folks working together to ensure a safe return to our campuses next month. The Return to School Committee comprised of administrators, teachers, parents, paraprofessionals, office and facilities staff, and our human resources staff are meeting weekly to develop ideas and refine plans based on new information and a commitment to safely return to campus for the greatest amount of time possible.

WISH RIGHT NOW Is now open for summer fun

WISH is excited to launch our summer of entertainment and enrichment programs. From musical performances, cooking and art classes, comedy nights to rich discussions on a variety of topics, we look forward to bringing all communities together in exciting ways. These programs are also fundraising initiatives to support our educators who are being severely impacted by drastic state and local budget cuts. Every dollar raised goes directly to maximize every scholar’s learning potential.
